Delete your ClockPaid account

You can permanently delete your ClockPaid account and all of its data at any time. This applies to accounts created on the web and in the ClockPaid Android app.

Delete it yourself

• Sign in at clockpaid.com and open Settings.
• Under Delete account, confirm with your password.
• If you have a paid plan, cancel it first under Billing → Manage subscription. If you own a Team workspace, remove your teammates on the Team page first.

What gets deleted

Your profile, sign-in sessions and devices, and — for workspace owners — the workspace with all its clients, projects, time entries, invoices, reports and support requests. Deletion is immediate and permanent. Payment records held by our payment processor, Paddle.com, are kept by them as required by law.

Team members

If you belong to someone else's workspace, ask your workspace owner to remove you. Time you tracked stays with that workspace for billing, and you can no longer sign in.

Can't sign in?

Email support@clockpaid.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.
